Dear Ms Chua,
I would like to feed back to you on Singtel services i.e. recently data x 2 was launched only offered to new sign-up or new upgrade customer. Why is this so? Why you do not allowed or offered to existing customers? I felt it's rather unfair. I'm one of the prestige customer after so many years of complaint, call zone had just installed. I had to face the poor signal for yrs now I'm just asking a favour but none of the customer service officer can help, so sad. Really hope that such promotion can extend to all existing customer.
