Dear Ms Chua, I would like to seek help and justice from you on two issues – Chua Sock Koong email address

Terence sent a message to Chua Sock Koong CEO, SingTel that said:

Dear Ms Chua

I would like to seek help and justice from you on two issues on Singtel Account:
1) Potential wrong billing from Singtel to my account that could exceed SGD10k for the past 3 years
2) Wrong technical advices from Singtel for the past 3 years that instead of solving my concerns, it ended up I had kept upgrading my mobile plans. Worst is that the amount kept increasing.

I have lodged a request to Singtel for a thorough investigation as well as a refund to me. However, no body from singtel followed up on this long overdue update.

Today both mobile lines under me are being cut-off of the services! And Singtel should be the one potentially overcharged me and owe me an update!

Please help. I don't wish to see a local well known brand boing tarnished by the failure of the customer services and technical support.
