On 18.12.15 time 04.42 I had signed a sales agreement for (1Gbps/Digital.L)(24mth) which is a upgrade plan bundle. Appointment has been fix I received a few messages when to stay at home. Suddenly one week ago I received a call from singtel says your port may have some issue where we have to defer until further notice. I have telling them perhaps can find a temporary solution etc, but their solution causes me very discouraging and upset beside keep on delaying and non of them can resolve it. I sincerely hope that maybe through you, you can help to expedite the matters or you can call me to further understand the whole issues. Thanks!
