Sorry to have bother you. I'm quite disappointed with the services provided as I always faced bad signal at my home but there is no solutions even after so many years of complaint. Today is even worse. My optical network giving problem. When i called in the afternoon, the earliest appointment given was only the next day without knowing the inconvenience caused. My son is in his 3rd poly now he is having his exam as well as he needs to submit project. Due to the internet connection, he is unable to do his work had to stay late in school to finish his project. Not only that, even Mio TV also affected nothing can be done. I called the hotline to ask if waiver of Data can be arrange as my family can only serve the net using our data connection there will definitely be over usage, I was told it cannot be granted. I don't see any reason why are we paying so much yet all the while facing so much problem. Really lost .... all night long, so bored. I only hope things can get better.
