Very very bad services from your Sintel sales executve and the manager
I have agreed to recontract to convert my existing Action Gold plan to the Action Value plan with the UEFA EURO 2016 and also to rent a digiital recorder with Singtel after your Sales staff Mr Sandri had called me a couple of times. I received an email from Singtel informing me about the pricing terns and conditon and a schedule date to install the digital recorder. I discovered that the contents on the letter is irrelevant to the discussion with Sintel Mr Sandri. There should be no installation charges and penalty fee was not mentioned as per discussion. I also requested Mr Sandri to activate the date for the new Action pack signed up to coincide with my bill cycle date which is 23 May since there is about 10 days lead time to 23 May at the time of the new sign up. However this was not done as I was given a date 30 May 2016 from Singtel email for the activation and installation which I will not be available on this date. Unfortunately there is no way for me to reply to that email as indicated on the email that "we cannot reply to this email". I found that this is very rigid and only one way communication! I have no choice but to call up Mr Sandri to inform him of my dispute and requested him to investigate on this matter and revert. There is no reply from Mr Sandri after week. So I called Singtel yesterday to request to speak with Mr Sandri so as to close the issue but unable to reach him. I requested the Singtel CS to put me to the manager and he did not do so. So I want him to get the manager to call by 7pm last night. So last night I waited patiently for the Sintel manager to return my call but in vain. I am very disappointed with Singtel business attitude and the services rendered especially after Singtel has clinch an order.
