Dear Ms. Chua,

We applied for 15 phone lines on 5-Oct and until to-date, Singtel has not installed the lines yet.

We were told that Singtel is facing resources problem as we do not have enough DP pairs at 15 ANG MO KIO STREET 63 (fully utilized).
Will advise us once Singtel have augment the DP.

We follow up a few times and today was told by your staff Masnah that she is still waiting for planner to update the status of DP top up.

We can't wait for a month and the reply is still waiting. Kindly assist us to escalate this issue.

I do not wish to waste your precious time if your side can resolve the DP issue.
