I did not received billings since my letter box lock was spoil more than 6 months ago. The only billing I received was on Tuesday, and the bill already shows an outstanding over $575.13. So immediately without failed I quickly make the full payment over banking. However, I did not relised your billing department already closed by the time I realized my home Internet have already been suspended. I tried the Technical side but no one can assist me for the reconnection even I have made the full payment. On 10/5/17, I called in to Singtel again to the General Enquiry side, and was attended by Hui. After a very very long wait, still cannot do any reconnection. I had tones of unfinished office work so I had to use my own Data to complete my work over my mobile. From 1.92GM, a whole day completing my work ended me up using 12.08GB. I know is a public holiday yesterday but Singtel is such a huge organization, so without the Billing Department, no one can assist? Or the whole Singtel needs to be Haul and stop functioning?
