Yvonne Ong sent a message to Chua Sock Koong CEO, SingTel email address that said:
Dear Ms Chua,
I need your help. We are ex Singtel subscribers, in July 2017 we just realised that we have been making giro payment for another singtel subscribers for almost 17 years. For the past half year, have been requested Singtel to help to claim the amount from this subscriber and now Singtel refused to help on this claim. I need to talk to you on this issue which was not properly handed by Singtel. I am truly disappointed with the way they handle my case.
