Dear Ms Chua,
Last week I wrote in to provide some feedback on Singtel. Am disappointed to see that there is no reply nor acknowledgement so far. This supports my earlier view that the organization has grown too big and without building the right infrastructure to attend to customer needs.
Hope to hear from Singtel soon.
