As noted below, it has been OVER 3 weeks since I made my request yet I have not gotten a response. It is quite odd that every timewe receive a request fromCitiMortgageitrequires a timely response, yet when I request information from CitiMortgage I do NOT receive one.In addition, I would like CitiMortgage to provide the actual raw data/numbers that you use to determine that we do not qualify for a modification:
What dollar figure did you use to determine our monthly income?
Exactly what monthly debts (and the exact amounts) that you used to determine our monthly expenditures (i.e. specific dollar amounts for groceries, utilities, insurance, etc.)?
What ratio of income to debt that you used to determine that we do not qualify for a loan modification?
PLEASE help us Ms. Fraser.
