Dear Ms. Good,
I have tried going through the local company without success. I have a rental property where the daughter was leaving their disabled mother without electric so I turned it on and left it for the month of May until she found a place. I received a final bill in June with a due date of June 20th. Im in school and work full time so I missed the due date by a couple of days. I had emailed the company about not seeing it on my online account but they said it was already turned over to a collection agency. Ive never seen that done so fast and I called the agency and paid it immediately, however, it has affected my credit. I really believe this was turned over way too fast and shouldnt have. I am asking for your help in this matter. Thank you Deborah/Debby Chambers
