Howard sent a message to Abigail Johnson – President and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Investments and Chairman of Fidelity Worldwide Investment email address that said:
Dear Ms Johnson, CEO
When I tried to sell 1585 shares of CHK @ market price of $5.05 this am, my account was locked out. I called Fidelity and eventually this was corrected - not sure why this happened on your side. By the time I could use my account the price was $4.975. Please credit my account with the difference - (1585 x .065) $103.025 - since this was caused by my inability to use this account due to Fidelity.
