IAN sent a message to Abigail Johnson President and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Investments and Chairman of Fidelity Worldwide Investment email address that said:
Dear Ms Johnson,
MY COMPLAINT WITH FIDELITY UK
I refer to my previous email to you regarding the failure of Fidelity UK to act in a reasonable and fair manner with regard to the transfer of my investments to another platform.
It seems that Mr Horrell is unwilling to settle this matter amicably, forcing me to make a Complaint the the UK's Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
I am sure this will not do Fidelity'e credibility in the UK much good so perhaps you may wish to intervene.
