Dear Ms. Meyrowitz, I had the opportunity to work at Marshalls Mississauga as a Temp.I have worked on senior leadership positions in academia and development sectors prior to working here.I observed that the management at Marshalls seriously needs training in leading people, communicating respectfully and getting the best out of them. One of the Managers, Kimberly and her friend Eleanor B. harass,bully and discriminate among staff whom they don't like, they talk down to staff and create an environment of fear which creates it impossible for people to be effective. I have discussed the situation with one of the other Managers but I think the senior management should take a serious note of this as there are external as well as internal customers who need to be treated with respect.
