Dear Ms. Stewart,
I am so frustrated with IHOP. I bought a $50 gift card for my mother on December 20th and expected it to be delivered by Christmas day. It's January 16th, 2017 and she still has not received it. I have sent 2 emails to customer support and called and talked to representatives in that department at least 3-4 times. . The rep keeps telling a supervisor will contact me. Here it is nearly 4 weeks later and I haven't heard a word. You have a very serious customer relations issue. Fix it! Very dissatisfied. Sincerely, Brook
