My name is Hani I have Credit card account with Citibank. I purchase IPad from staples at April 2015 with Zero interest for six months, I pay all the price in 5 Months , after 2 month from last payment someone from Citibank call me at 12/15/1015 and saying that I own the bank $ 103.71 Late fee and interest , I explain to them that I paid last Payment in October 2015 ,but they said that I was owned $7.00 , then late fee $19.00 then become $103.71 please the people in the bank made mistake s and they try to make the people pay for they mistake s, they try to collect money from the people without any reason , and they donât want to help the customer and treat me very bad . Please protect me from the credit card people in Citi Bank
