Dear Paypal president,
My paypal account was suspended on August 2015. I explained what happen, I sent documents, I apologize.
I am asking for a second chance, please ask someone from your staff to really review my case.You dont imagine how much trouble that suspension has caused to me. I am honest, hard worker, profesional,, I deserve a second chance. I am not scammer , and I dont like fraud.
