Dear Peter,

I am a loyal customer of IKEA and reside in Hong Kong. However, I am so amazing about the customer service. Since I have ordered a bed to delivery and install. When I received the bed, the staff said the install personnel was sick today. I had took all my belongs to the room and I must sleep in the bed this night. The only way I can take was sleeping on the floor without the bed! It is relatively cold in these days in Hong Kong. Because the staff is sick, I have the highly potential sick risk now. I just wonder there is only one personnel staff!!! So surprise!!!
