Marvin sent a message to Peter Agne President and CEO, IKEA that said:
Dear Peter,
I wish that I am contacting you under better circumstances, I live in Thailand and today I purchased a product from IKEA Banga and when I got home, I could not assemble it, so I called the store and they told me they would call me back.
I clearly told them that I wanted someone to come and assemble it (as they do in Thailand as a fee for service).
When I called back 4 hours later, your staff, Khun Praew told me that she had many customers and were too busy and I should appreciate this. They said they will send me a screwdriver ??? What ?
I would expect to be spoken to better by an international company like IKEA. Surely you train your staff right ?
I asked to speak to the General Manager however, they refused to transfer me, or pass on his email address.
It would be greatly appreciated if you can assist me. I am getting no where talking to the store at Bangna.
Regards
Marvin
