You are since may years heading service with India Yamaha Motor Pvt Ltd.
So where service has reached under your leadership are presented to you as evidence in photographs.
Noticeable things other then photographs are given below:-
Vehicle was in workshop more then 6 hours for 2nd service.
Only TWO defects reported but not attended.
Near RHS pillion Footrest some compartment is kept open screw missing.
SE Abid Ali was updated from the spot he assured will settle issues but since past 6 days no communication.
Post service since last 6 days no call as same was told during post service vehicle delivery.
If things are beyond your control for the pathetic service received then let me know the capable senior authority whom I can take-up the matter with OR refund my money if service of Yamaha Indian Pvt Ltd is going to be remain same in future.
