Dear respectfully Edwar, I had been try to reach to somebody who can help to see how can be pay a damages that happened in my house after buying a product a one sears location and I had a washer water leak and the insurance company SEDWICK had an employee by name carlos that stated that all the water leak was not from the machine but the last water leak happened very bad and damages my house wood floors and some areas of carpets, and I have an video where the water is coming and the last tech was here found an water tube inside the machine broke and he said that 90% that plastic part ist break in the first o second years of service of the this brand of washers.
