Im under going treatment for Cancer, and used 9 Amgen Neulasta Shots last year. Im being treated at One Valley Health Plaza Paramus, Nj 07652, my Dr is Jin Lee. Im 59 years old and was 58 when I used your drug. Im old enough to be on SS, so my Insurance covers 80/20. The bills I received in Oct of 2016 and the Neulasta Shot was billed for $18,225.00, which Valley knock it down to 12,500.00, I was billed $3800.00 for each shot. I signed up for Saftynet program and was told they couldnt help me. Im reaching out to you, if you could send 3-4 shots of Neulasta in my name to Valley as a credit to my account, I wouldnt have a balance. No one told me how expensive this drug was, I soon as I got the bill I stopped using your it. Im still undergoing treatment, and I cant afford to take the Neulasta shot.
