Kumar sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung – email address that said:
Dear Samsung,
With due respect, I would like to state that for years I have been an advocate of Samsung products. I have been using Samsung home appliances. Currently I own a Samsung S7 edge and Samsung A8 mobile handsets. I submitted my Samsung A8 which was damaged at a Samsung authorized service station. I think you guys recommend the same to your customers. The handset was surrendered to them on 29nd June at galaxy Communication Ashraf Plaza, Budh Marg Patna. Postal Code 800001 with the contact number The customer service has been horrific and the issues faced by me I would like to elaborate in pointers:
1. I have to dial their number say at least 50-60 times to get through the customer representative.
2. I was told that I would get my set back within two weeks and now it has been two months.
3. Today when I called the service station they stated that they are helpless at their hand and I can take my mobile to any local service station.
4. I have been promised numerous times about the delivery of handset which never happened.
Now I think that the service station guy recommending me to take my handset to a local service station is ridiculous. Samsung being a MNC and leader in mobile segment cannot deliver a part of their best selling handset leaves their customer in state of dilemma. The horrific customer service is leaves an everlasting impression on loyal customers like me. I have attached a screenshot of the repair invoice. If you guys can help out that would be appreciated.
Thanks and regards,
Kumar
