I have return my Note 7 to Samsung Malaysia on 26 December 2016.
Until today 13 February 2017, I still havent received money refund from Samsung Malaysia,
I have been follow all procedures from Samsung Malaysia official website: http://www.samsung.com/my/note7updates/
Due to a few weeks of distress,
Some Report Number and Date I make to Samsung Malaysia shown as below:

I believe Samsung Malaysia did not understand what the roles they are play,
which the “People who do wrong do not know what he does wrong“,
and cause me seriously sense that the person who do wrong is ME!!!
Why? because I purchase the Note 7!!!
I have no way then Finally I email CEO here,
Samsung Malaysia handling methods are totally disappointing clients, not professional and cause clients superb angry.
My Request is simple:
I refund Note 7, which is requested by Samsung,
and Samsung refund money to me.
