We have registered with sulkeha.com,. We have purchase lead based plan. In last two months the kind of enquiry we got, we are not satisfied with it.
Now we want to discontinue your services, we are asking your team to refund the money, but they are refusing it. we told them whatever number of leads you have generated deduct the amount refund the remaining, for that also that are not ready.
We work in a professional world where customer satisfaction is utmost important. If as a customer i am not satisfied with services,i should get refund for at least leads which are not consumed.
We request you to kindly look into the matter arrange for refund immediately.
