Dear Sears

I have been trying to solve this since Thursday with many empty promises from Customer Service Reps.

Months ago I went to a Credit Repair agency to help repair some of my credit. What I did not know was that they challenged EVERYTHING. On March 9, 2016, I told them to stop and on March 15, 2016, I informed the Credit Agencies that there were to be no more disputes/challenges.

I am trying to obtain a Mortgage and my credit report shows that SEARS has me disputing credit. That should not be there. It is affecting my score and maybe a loan.

I called Sears on Thursday and got the run-around until I called back and had the call escalated. I was told that a ticket would be submitted to the proper office to have the dispute taken off of my credit. I was told that I could not get a copy of the paperwork but I would be sent a confirmation of the call. It is Saturday and I am still waiting.

I would like some help with this.
