I am an a long time customer of your bank and I am profoundly disappointed in the professionalism manifested by some of employees. Your Code of Professionalism is sorely missing--especially when trying to solve a banking problem. For example: Bank managers not returning calls, employees hanging up on customers, banking clerks with limited banking skills, and multiples banking mistakes (wrong accounts with deposits, and no courtesy at the windows). The Bank I am referring to is located on Beach Blvd and San Pablo in Jacksonville, Florida. I have found this malaise to be systemically prevalent in your organization. The same behavior exist on calling other banks to get answers to problems. . And if I don't hear from you, my complaints will prove valid as an internal social pathology existing in your BBVA empire.
