Dear Sir,
A year ago, I subscribed for a year membership , , Adobe creative cloud for my daughter (Nissreen Taha), college student at University of Washington, for a class project, today, I found out that I was renewed for another year without my authorization, she doesn't need the service any more, she is done with the class and I have been unable to cancel the membership after 4 calls, instead they cancelled the membership for 2017, I am extremely disappointed in the whole experience and the inability to cancel online, this ordeal should not happen at reputable company like Adobe, my credit card was charged today and now I will have to deal with the credit card company, thank you for your time.
