Dear sir,
After decades of shopping at J.C.Penney's we have had a mess that can shatter all future business. My husband wears white Stafford long sleeve , button down shirts. I ordered 10 for Christmas. I washed one and he tried it on. SO STIFF it could stand on it's own. after washing it 3 more times, we realized that they were never going to be wearable. In frustration they ended up in the garbage. What ever and where ever they were made has changed this product forever. Not the same great shirts we have been buying for years. Please note that this is the first and only letter ever written by me at anytime for any reason.
