Apologies for the unusual approach, however it would seem I have an unusual set of circumstances that your team seem not to be able to help me with, I have had a failed delivery, however it has been tracked and signed for by someone, but not me, UPS cannot tell me who, the shipper refuses to help and I cannot raise a claim without their help apparently, so here I am, £540 down , no camera and apparently nothing I can/you can do?
your team will be able to give you all the details including the email trail I have had with the shipper showing their lack of interest in me, the customer.
I hope you, the CEO will be able to intervene and show some leadership with this problem
