Jan sent a message to Vittorio Colao CEO, Vodafone that said:
Dear Sir,
As a member of your company for more than 20 years I am going to have to close my account. The pure frustration of dealing with your billing department and customer services depart on the phone and over the internet is not a good experience. I tried for nearly one year to cancel one of my accts and was assured in November that this had been done and I would get a refund, only to find out today that this is not happening. I went to the store in Farnham in December to swap my sim from a 4 to an iPhone 5 during this process they managed to clock up a hugh date bill which when I discovered I went back to the shop, they agreed it was their mistake and would refund the money, I went in again and was told they had to send in a form as they couldn't do it in the store, I called Customer Services today to be told I am not entitled to a refund. Last year I have made many calls and visited both Aldershot and Farnham store to ask for help with these issues to no avail. I really believe that you would want to know what is going on in your company so that you can fix these issues. There is so much more to say with regards to the customer service I have received or haven't received however I am losing the will to live. I have never in the past had an issue though many of my friends have, it has put me off ever wanting to use what was a great company to one that is currently a shambles.
I would appreciate your earliest response.
Kind regards
Jan
