Dear Sir, At 12:15 today, Sunday, Sept. 4th,2016, my husband and I attempted to book a Room, in person, at your Marriott located @ 4670 Salisbury Rd., Jax,FL. 32256, FOR MY HUSBANDS UPCOMING SURGERY on Sept. 14th and 15th. The lady @the front desk stated "I was to "call back on Monday at 8AM as she "was Not able to do this for us" and handed us a card with the front desks number. We had driven up specifically to book this room, as we reside in St. Augustine but are having Surgery close by your Marriott at the Jax Surgical Center. and of course wanted THE BEST--Marriott--- based on our excellent past experiences with Marriott all over as we traveled. We were "stunned"! and confused!? Please check into this situation for us as we wouldn"t want it to happen to us, or anyone else, again. Sincerely, Alice and Larry
