He is taking amount for medical and documentation. Is he really HRD of Halliburton? Is this Halliburton policy to recruit through HRD?

P.S. Sent e-mails many times on web page of Halliburton UAE office but no action taken. Maybe they all are involved in cheating Pakistani people because oil prices are declined and maybe Halliburton find this way to earn by cheating people.
