Dear Sir
My name is Said jaffar shah i am staying in Dubai (UAE) unfortunately i have very bad experience with Samsung . 8 months before i bought a Samsung Refrigerator in Dubai and sent it to my home land we used it for just a month and it stooped working . i reached to the local Samsung dealer but they told me sorry we dont cover International warranty and i spent almost same on which i purchased the product .
Now in August 2017 i was in Seoul Korea and bought a Tablet there in Seoul i used it only one time and then Unfortunately it stooped working i took it to Dubai Samsung Customer care but they told me you should take it for repairing to Seoul Korea now Samsung have millions of customers mostly visitors who visiting different countries and buying Samsung products. now shall the visitors stop buying Samsung products because of its poor service? shall the visitors return to the countries of purchase only for the service of Samsung products?

Dear Sir

is this my mistake to buy Samsung products ? if i am the Customer of Samsung and like the Samsung products then is it not my right to get the proper service from Samsung ???
if i was touring Korea and bought Samsung product should i go and visit again Korea for the service of Samsung product ???

Dear Sir

I request you to deal me like Samsung product lover and customer and give me the service in Dubai .
i shall be very much thank full to Samsung if they look at my request and work on it properly .
