Dear Sir, Good Morning, As i mentioned before my previous e-mails, i had a problem – Lee KunHee email address

Andac sent a message to Lee Kun-Hee Chairman, Samsung – email address that said:

Good Morning,

As i mentioned before my previous e-mails, i had a problem with my brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 7 mobile phone.

I bought the phone from Corlu Vatan Bilgisayar which is in TURKEY at the date 18 August 2016

It is IME and from the first minute its screec was frozen and i could not use the phone. I took it back to same shop and they sent it to Samsung Service which name is Destek Bilişim.

I could not get and helpfull information related with the mobile neither from Samsung Customer Support and Samsung Service.

We bought 4 Noe 7 for our company and one is at the service.

We paid 3.500 TL for each and we could not use one of them.

Are we make wrong with buying / preferring SAMSUNG.

Why do we wait days and days?

Why do you replace the mobile immediately?

As a customer our satisfaction is at very low level to SAMSUNG.
