Dear Sir,
hi amol here.. last nov-15 buy sony LED android smart tv . since last 3 months am facing problem of in quality of sound,display pend drive connectivity. i had launch complaint through online but didn't get any revert from your service representative. then last month launch complaint through live chat.. after that your engineer team visited. they updated software then it work better little bit. but pen drive problem not resolved. even your engineer yes there is a problem we will revert you back but yet they didn't revert it without informing me they had closed the complaint. please may i know on which basis your team closed the complaint without getting any revert or customer confirmation. after that again i had launched complaint but your engineer not come or not giving any revert to me closed complaint. last i had raised the complaint then your representative assigned the to your service agency or franchise. they are not helping me to resolve my problem. they told me that there is no any issue so that we cant resolve not give you the same written on mail.
problem in brief :- when i connect the pen drive to TV. immediate i get pop up your external input connect but when i want to view photo, song,movie it takes 20 to 25 min to show on display. if we view the photo its buffering 10 to 15 sec to display. but same pen drive if i connect to sony lower version same version TV. its get immediate pop up showing content smoothly. your engineer team said we cant help you in that. they said your TV is smart so it takes time to read. but other sony Tv which is lower version not android that working smoothly. even today i had conversion on call they speak rude they don't have any concern. could you help me in that to resolve my query. waiting for your prompt response sir. hope that you will take action on same..
