Dear Sir, I allow me to send this complaint to you, regarding the bad service I have with you company in Thailand. I own a smart TV and need help. I sent many many mails and never got a reply. As a Swiss citizen, I contacted Samsung Switzerland and promptly replied they cannot help me from there.
