Dear Sir - I am a loyal customer of windstream since you began 10 years ago. I am a "car person" with antique classic cars and attend ~150 Cruises, Shows, Events every year. I have a few hundred friends that do the same. For 10 years I have been forwarding CAR-RELATED e-mails to ~215 Cruiser"gear-head" friends with few problems. When I DID have a problem, your Pat Martin instructed me to break my address list to groups of 30 or less and it worked.
I am on my own list, so - when I send an e-mail and receive it - I assume everybody did. On May 4th, I sent two mailings and did NOT receive my copies. I contacted your tech support twice and was run through a series of tests (options, advanced, etc.) and was told there was NO reason why my mail wasn't being sent. I found that I could not send ANY e-mails...only reply to e-mails sent to me. I gave my wife Pat Martin's e-mail address and asked her to e-mail Pat ask her to contact me. Your "Larry H." contacted me and told me that windstream considered me to be a "Spammer" and ALL mail I was sending was being discarded! WHY was I NOT NOTIFIED by windstream and WHY did the two Techs I talked to on 5/4/2016 NOT KNOW THIS?
I am unable to send "car stuff" (and - few days ago - an obituary for a Cruise friend).
Sir: I am NOT a "Spammer", I sell NOTHING! I enjoy taking my cars to Cruises, seeing friends - who CONSTANTLY ask WHY I am not sending them e-mails anymore. I keep receiving e-mails from friends on my "list" who ask "Is everything all right? Are you O.K.? I am not receiving any e-mails from you, etc.". Every one on my lists WANT to receive my e-mails and - if their situation changes (moving away from this area, new grandchildren to spend time with, etc.) I IMMEDIATELY delete their name/address.
PLEASE give me some consideration...can we return to the "way it was" from July 2006 until May 2016? I really DON'T want to leave windstream!
