Dear Sir. I am a subscriber of SiriusXM in Toronto. I have asked customer service to call me about my account 7 days ago. Every time I call they say someone says that I will be contacted within 24 hours. Still waiting. This is not acceptable. The customer service is the worst. I had Sirius in my Jeep and am a Life time subscriber. When I traded in my Jeep for a new Ram I lost channels that I liked. Lost internet access. Have to pay $150.00 to get what I had before. They say that Sirius and XM are 2 different companies????????? IS this true? I thought that the company was SiriusXM ?????????? NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!! Thanks for your time.
