Dear Sir; I am an 81 year old person on a very fixed and limited income and I have been a faithful Brighthouse customer for about 10 years. Over that period of time I was respectfully treated by the Brighthouse representatives in managing my minimum services account to remain within my ability to pay by finding special offers available to others. Now that Spectrum has taken over my bill has increased by $16.42 to $158.43 and I must choose whether to take this extra money form my medicine or my food budget.
