Dear Sir, I am contacting you as a last resort – all efforts locally in – Leo P Denault email address

Happel sent a message to Leo P. Denault – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Entergy Corporation – Email Address that said:

Dear Sir,
I am contacting you as a last resort - all efforts locally in Batesville, Arkansas have been futile. But a little background information is necessary to understanding the situation my brother is facing there. I recently gave my brother a parcel of land about 16 miles from Batesville where we grew up as kids. He has been trying to get electricity since March of this year. His property adjoins that of one of our great nieces but she and her husband refuse to grant permission to tie into their power line on their property. Roberts father is an attorney in Batesville and one of his good friends is the Entergy representative my sister-in-law has been dealing with and he has not been in any aspect of the word helpful - in fact has seemingly been the opposite. I bring this to your attention as I believe if you/someone in a position of responsibility knew the circumstances this would no longer be an issue. My brother suffered a widow-maker heart attack about three years ago and doctors were amazed at his recovery. His health is not good at this time and the purpose of me giving him the land was so he could live out his remaining days where we grew up. We have gained permission from another land owner to run power lines through his property to my brothers home. My concern is your Entergy representative will continue to be an obstacle instead of an asset who assists people get what everyone needs and that is power to live in their new home. His new mobile home is sitting on that property with a new water well drilled and ready but NO power. His wife Janice has met with the Entergy representative in Batesville several times with no positive outcome or assistance to help them get power to their new home.
