Dear sir,
I am emailing to to humbly ask you to remove two late payments from all three credit bureaus. The first infraction was back in sept of 2010. This account was paid and then closed. This was my first credit card and obviously wasn't not prepared with the disabling needed to take care of this appropriately. For this, I apologize sincerely. I have since reopened a kohls account and been in good standing until November 2016. And the reason for the late payment was because I didn't receive my mail due to my absence at home in a impatient treatment facility dealing with the sudden death of my spouse. With my husbands death I am working very hard to make a safe and secure home for myself and children. And with that I need to repair my mistakes with the credit bureaus. So, I humbly ask you to please remove these items from the three credit bureaus. Below are the account numbers as listed in the credit reports.
