Dear sir: I am in battled in a suit with BBT and my Business Case# 2016-ca-001191. I have tried for four years to resolve this matter,the bank is unwilling to continue efforts to a work out. This case smells of collusion between the bank and attorneys of the case to run up fees and take property. Please assist in this matter. I am a small town Doctor who will lose his practice and the underserved people in our community.
