I am Respectfully contacting you today to make you aware of a situation at your store #0481 in Plover WI.
I am a Tech Sales Supervisor in #0481 Plover WI. I am also a decorated Unites States Navy Veteran. I am about to be fired for being truthful to customers...and challenging my Store Managers with ethical repair procedures.

Being self employed I brought my customers to Staples. Big Mistake
When I came to Staples in Plover on 4/1/2015 The monthly repair folders held only 10-12 work orders. Today they are 40 to 50 work orders per month.
1 month into my employment. My manager Dave Mueller stated that "I expected you to change these numbers around for me".
I didnt take this job to make a managers numbers look good! I took this job because I thought that Staples really cared about its Customers! I took this job because I wanted to make a difference and HELP CUSTOMERS. I was reminded by Dave Mueller multiple times that "I am making him look bad"
As a Tech supervisor I have "no one to supervise". I am the only one in this store. How can I supervise and train techs who are not there with me? I cannot mentor them I cannot train them on how to react with customers.
I have part time techs installing unauthorized Freeware on customer computers. This freeware has malware installed within it.
I have talked to my manager about this problem of installing unauthorized and pirated copies of Windows Software on customer computers and he just blows it off.
As a Supervisor I am supposed to train my people, My manager is supposed to delegate to me and then ...I delegate to my techs under my charge.
My manager has a problem with that. He doesnt believe in delegation and must be in full control of everything.
"So Why am I a Supervisor....if I am not able to delegate to my techs?"
If you really look at the data "I am the KING of "MORE accounts. I am also the attachment KING. I have also brought a much more ESP % to the computer sales.
In this store there is a problem with personal relationships vs. professional relationships. Personal relationships that interferes professional operation of the store. " Please come to my new house and I can make it all better"
I have been physically assaulted by my boss Dave Mueller on the job. I have been mentally assaulted and harassed on the job. I am a Disabled Veteran and I do NOT have to put up with this!
We need to get this fixed. Have you considered going undercover in your Stores on Under Cover Boss? I would suggest #0481 at one of your stops.
Its about the customer!!!
