Sanjib sent a message to Frederick W. Smith Founder, Chairman, and CEO, FedEx Corporation – email address that said:
Dear Sir,
I am Sanjib from small town Suri in the eastern part of India. I am buying many items from Amazon on regular basis. Further, whenever they have shipped the stuff through Fedex it does not reach me and without delivering the shipment the concerned people is updating that the shipment has been delivered to me. Moreover, If you can provide me your official email address then I will be to elaborate the picture of negligence by your people and it is going to spoil the company's reputation in India. Please feel free to contact me for any further clarifications.
Thanks and regards,
Sanjib
