Query: from the day i purchased internet on WIFI is not working properly it is getting connecting and disconnecting again and again .I had made complained online on 22/10/2016/2016 , 04/11/2016, 05/11/2016 , 08/11/2016, 09/11/2016 and 18/11/2016 i had taken my mobile to service centre after you advice Samsung Service Center Mayuresh Cell Care 204/22, 1st Floor Sarita Tarang Apartment, Opp Balgandharv Rangmandir, J M Road, Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411004 they formated my mobile phone and all my data lost but problem was not solved and than again after as per information received from online complain i had taken my mobile to Samsung Mobile Service Center Office No1, Millenium Appartment, 1st Floor, Nalstop, Opposite Rajmal, Lakhichad Jeweler, Pune, Maharashtra 411004 but still problem is not solved and no proper feedback .Due to this i had loss huge amount of money in business as i cannot use internet in my office using WIFI .
By this letter I would like to state that you should replace the material or immediately refund the entire amount of Rs.14800/- with applicable interest to my principals else I shall be forced to initiate suitable legal action against you concerned family members, which please note.
