What they told me that this Mobile purchase from Abroad,IS this answer given by a PLC- SAMSUNG -service centre, Mumbai. Should i go to Abroad where i have purchase above Mobile, please call your Top level Indian management person like- CEO or VICE -PRESIDENT to ask above Mumbai- Samsung Service cente.You have a big name fame in the World of all Electroncis Items,if Indian Samsung service centre not able to give best services to our valued Customers after purchase any where in the
world, send your ISO trained person to India for teaching Indians of Samsung service centre warn to Staff not to give such Silly -answer to our VALUED CUSTOMERS.
