Dear Sir,
I am very disappointed in the purchasing of an item through your dot com store. I have purchased an item two weeks ago and still has not shipped. The item is in stock and should leave the warehouse in 1 - 2 business days and still has not. I called to check on this and my status says in stock yet i was told it will ship in 4-6 weeks. So we are just waiting for someone to put their hand on it and send it. How can a business remain and stay competitive if you cant fulfill your orders. maybe you can help with this issue.
