Rekha sent a message to Mukesh Ambani – Chairman and Managing Director, Reliance Industries Limited – Email Address that said:
I am writing this with much regret that Reliance Communication failed to provide services to the customer.
I have broadband connection of Reliance. We face the following problems ;
1. Often the internet connection goes off. At present it is not working for last 4 days.
2. There is not proper respond and follow up by customer care. Our problem remains unresolved.
3. Poorest techniques for bill payment in digital era.
- I don't get email of due date / amt etc. with
the link for payment.
many times don't get SMS.
when we ask for the details we get the answer that go and pay the bill to reliance centre !
Where as I pay my all other bill through net banking.
- Two days back when we called to costumer care. The lady told that she has changed the password and our internet would start within half an hour.
Till the date it is not working.
No follow up !!!
- Land line - Only incoming working. Outgoing is not working.
There is long list of day to day complaints. We are tired now. Do you have any solution for the problem ?
