Sheena sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
Dear Sir,
I am writing to you because I am in serious need of assistance from someone who can help me.
I have been contacting PayPal over this issue for over a month. In July, I unfortunately contacted someone who turned out to be a known scammer and fraud who defrauded me out of $3,300.00 dollars by using extortion and fear tactics.
I believed this person and gave them my money out of good faith believing that they could help me. This person is known as Psychic Dave on PayPal, but he uses his wife to sell psychic readings on another website who then tells people that they have a curse and that it will pass on to their family members if they don't pay to have this curse removed.
I believed his wife and paid $3,3000.00 and when I found out that it was all a lie and a serious scam, I tried to have them reverse the charges and give me my money back. Because she had lied to me and threatened that my 4 year-old daughter would get this curse if I did not pay to have her remove it. I was told that my daughter was in danger.
This is Fraud and Extortion with the Intent to Defraud.
PayPal said they would help me get my money back, and this was a recorded conversation, and then they changed their mind and went against me and disputed the charge back because I had been persuaded by this scammer to use the Friends and Family payment option instead of paying for goods and services.
Please help me resolve this issue with PayPal and get my hard-earned money back.
Thank you,
Sheena
